Terms of Service

1. Using Anihood

You must be at least 13 years old to use Anihood, and old enough to consent to data processing in your country (or have a parent or guardian's consent). You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Your content

You own what you post: your profile, photos, messages and groups. You give Anihood permission to store and display it to operate the service, for example showing your profile to signed-in members and your messages in the chats you post in. You must have the right to share anything you upload.

3. Conduct

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them, or that put other members at risk.

4. Location

Anihood shows areas, not positions (see Privacy). Distances are approximate and must not be relied on for anything other than discovery.

5. Anime data

Anime titles and artwork come from AniList and belong to their respective rights holders. Anihood does not stream or host anime.

6. The service

Anihood is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and correct but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Anihood is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service or from interactions between members.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using Anihood at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@anihood.app. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

8. Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
